Geometry Foundation
We’re using the Basic Geometry through Kahn for an intro into basic geometry terminology, function, and concepts.
She took an assessment at the beginning of the course and successfully responded to 53% of the questions accurately, and so the system has configured her course accordingly.
So far, she seems to intuitively understand the concepts being presented (she sees correlations to the various creative pursuits she naturally enjoys-sculpting, carving, sewing, building).

Fred introduces geometry concepts from pretty much the beginning. However, it dedicates an entire book to the art as well. I initially thought to delay geometry but it is presently relevant to her interests, and she is already assessing at 50% proficient, so eh, why not.
We’ve done some exploring in two different Geometry segments within Brilliant: Geometry Fundamentals and Beautiful Geometry
She’s taken an assessment for both and while the Beautiful Geometry is a little advanced and expects the Geometry Fundamentals be completed as a prerequisite (or equal experience), it presents an engaging challenge for her (and me).
The Fundamentals course is right where she is presently, and coincides nicely with the arrangement of the Kahn coursework.
