She made a windmill… Well, a wind spinner, but she calls it a windmill. She designed, created, constructed, and presented. Then she told me she was frustrated because it didn’t spin I asked if she wanted to make it spin, she said no, but that it didn’t (in a somewhat disappointed tone).
