Tonight is the conclusion of the first full day of Collin with us. We had an interesting day of fun, new, and tension. Details to follow on Collin’s blog, but the evening has concluded with Russ having to work late in Creede and taking Collin with him.
Tonight, Lily realized she was staying home while her Papa was taking Collin. It made her rather upset. In fact, she learned what jealousy is, and adamantly insisted she was nit jealous.
It broke my heart.
She went on and on, stating things like how she wished we hadn’t had her, how she no longer wanted a sibling and how she is certain Russ and I should not have another kid too.
Her pain and struggle was palpable and made me ache.
