Today she picked up a trick on her fingers for sets of nine: Hold ten fingers up, start from left to right. Bend the finger that correlates with the number of sets to be multiplied. Then, the amount of fingers on the left of the bent finger represents the tens place, while the amount of fingers on the right represent the ones place.
