Well… she can add now. 🙂
She picked up three items tonight (tires, as it so happens – Legos) and said, and I quote, “I have three tires here, but I need one more cuz this car needs four. So, if I have one more tire then I’ll have four.”
After a moment Mama said, “What if I give you one more tire? How many will you have then?”
She looks at me, mildly intrigued for a split second, and answers, “That would give me five and that’s too many for the car. I don’t think I can fit all five on this little of a car, so I have to make a bigger one. (Oh) Papa!!”
