I’ve decided that to best keep track of my own mind, as well as attempt to record the finer points of Lily’s development and her day, that I really have to just leave a post window open all day long. I see it, I write, I add pics, whatever…
Today began with Lily showing us the castle she built for Anna. (Pics/vids below) Lily got Anna from the tooth fairy.

She is learning here about geometry, engineering, physics, and architecture.
Then, we talked about the intelligence of plants. This little plant of hers seems to have a mind, or at least eyes… (I think the pic is self explanatory).
We have talked about her egg – and whether it will hatch. It should probably have begun hatching already, but we’re going to give it a few more days just in case our calculations are incorrect. This is a life lesson for sure, and not one I’m entirely looking forward to, but hope it won’t be too harsh.

We’ve talked with our neighbor friends about the difficulties the girls (Lily and Thalia) seem to be having of late in their play and interactions. It’s really interesting and even surprising how complex these girls interact with one another at the ages they are.

We talked about how to make this a bit more functional…
